Earth Science

The National Academy of Sciences has launched a decadal survey to identify key priorities and opportunities for Earth science research from space, seeking input from experts and stakeholders to inform the development of a comprehensive strategy. The survey will examine the current state of Earth science research and identify areas for improvement, as well as opportunities for innovation and advancement. A final report will provide a roadmap for the development of Earth science research and applications from space over the next decade.
