Five C’s

Arizona’s five C’s, the historic pillars of the state’s economy, are being reevaluated as the state’s economy evolves. The traditional industries of copper, cattle, cotton, citrus, and climate are being supplemented by new sectors such as technology and healthcare. As the state’s population and economy continue to grow, it’s time to consider whether the five C’s still accurately reflect Arizona’s modern economy.
